The excitement will be uncorked as more than 3,500 wine enthusiasts attend the Rodeo Uncorked! Roundup and Best Bites Competition Sunday, Feb. 8, 2009, at Reliant Center. Attendees will delight their taste buds at this lively event featuring the announcement of the 2009 International Wine Competition Champions, as well as a culinary competition of regional restaurants and catering institutions. Contest entries will vie to win top honors and ride away with trophy saddles, buckles and chaps.
